RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 day return and refund policy. The physical product will need to be returned to us within that 30 day window and return postage is your responsibility. To start a return, you must contact us at CService@techwarepro.com -

- we will need your Order Number which starts with the letter S

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will mostly likely ask you for photos showing the issue.
